  • Parents are requested to co-operate with the principal and staff for the effective functioning of the school and the well being of your child.
  • Parents are co-educators of the child, so it is essential for you to mould the character of your ward and instill discipline.
  • In the interests of child’s future, it is very essentials for him/her to imbibe self- discipline. The teachers will take adequate corrective measures to ensure the general discipline of the class under her/his care.
  • The teachers’ efforts will work only with adequate positive inputs from the parents.
  • Parents must give their signature after taking a note of the remarks made by the teacher in the diary as well as the answer papers and guide the child accordingly without undue pressure. Parents are requested to ascertain that remarks in the diary are duly attended by the teachers. If not, kindly bring it to the notice of the principal.
  • Our school strongly discourages private tuitions. The habit of self-study and regularity in reading must be encouraged at home.
  • Parents are requested to see that certain amount of regular English conversation takes place at home.
  • Parents are not permitted to interact with teachers or students during the school hours. In case of any urgent need, the principal must be contacted.
  • No entry for parents and visitors beyond the school reception area. Parents are strictly forbidden to go to any class or to the teaching areas without the permission of the school authorities.
  • Parents should keep in mind that as co-educators of the child, it is very essential to observe the dress code when they come to the school premises. Pedal-pushers, Bermuda shorts or any tight- fitting or suggestive clothing could be a source of distraction or deviation from the normal dress code.
  • Parents who visit the school, during school hours are to inform the purpose of their visit at the reception/counter so that they can be attended to. They should not proceed to the classes and disturb anyone during the teaching hours.
  • Criticism of teachers or school in front of the wards/other parents should be strictly avoided as it causes the students to lose respect for the teachers and own school.
  • If any parent humiliates or insults a teacher, school reserves the right to ask that parents to withdraw the ward forthwith or at the end of the academic year. If there are genuine complaints pertaining to teacher, parents should register a written complaint against the teacher. According to the merit of the compliant suitable action will be taken by the principal.
  • Avoid using the school as a meeting place for airing your grievances. Kindly communicate your problems in writing to the school authorities, if they have to be solved.
  • Kindly, ensure that your ward is regular in studies and allied assignments.
  • Provide only healthy food in your child’s Tiffin along with a napkin.

  • Parents are called to the school by the concerned teacher if your ward is found irregular in completing the home assignments or any other kind of irregularities. Parents need to take these calls very seriously and attend to.
  • It is very important that changes in residence/office address and telephone numbers be communicated in writing to the office immediately whenever they occur.
  • Parents are requested to see that if your ward brings home anything from the school without teacher’s knowledge, send it back on the next day itself and inform about it to the concerned persons. It will have its own reward in the child’s future life.
